𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗰

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗽 😈

Door het gebrek aan een budgetvriendelijke instapklasse voor sprint races wordt het steeds moeilijker voor een hobby piloot om de stap naar de racerij te zetten.
Daarom sloegen Circuit Zolder en Skylimit Events de handen in elkaar om autosport bereikbaarder te maken voor iedereen.

Er worden 3 manches georganiseerd : 8-9 mei bij het New Race Festival, 1-3 juli bij de 24 Hours of Zolder en op 11 november tijdens de Race Promotion Day. Elk evenement zal bestaan uit 2 kwalificatie sessies van 30 minuten en 2 wedstrijden van 30 minuten. Bandenkeuze is vrij en het inschrijfgeld werd bewust laag gehouden.

Er zijn 5 klassen voorzien. In de klasse tot 1000cc zullen we een strijd zien tussen de Peugeot 107, Toyota Aygo/Yaris, Citroen C1,... Klasse 2 tot 1600cc is er voor de Suzuki Swift, Toyota MR2, Honda Civic, Ford Fiesta,... In klasse 3 zal het een strijd worden tussen de Renault Clio, BMW 325i, Mazda MX5, Peugeot 206, Lotus Elise,... Klasse 4 zal voorbehouden zijn aan de zwaardere toerisme wagens zoals de BMW M3, Seat Leon, Peugeot 308, BMW M235i,... De toerismewagens met een turbo moeten wel minstens 5 jaar oud zijn. Als laatste is er klasse 5 voorbehouden voor GT's van 2501 tot 3600cc, in deze klasse zijn turbo's niet toegelaten.

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚

New format for Belcar Endurance Championship! 🏆 (𝙨𝙬𝙞𝙥𝙚)

Classes 1-6 will disappear from 2021 and onwards, and new classes are born.
Within the race, there will be a three seperate championships that run on track together.

BELCAR Proto for all prototypes such as Norma's & Wolf.

BELCAR GT will be divided in GTa & GTb, representing the different cars.
GTa will contain cars such as the Lamborghini Super Trofeo, Porsche 991 & 992 Cup, Ferrari Challenge, Audi R8 GT2, Porsche GT2 RS, MARC 2 Mustang and Solution F BMW i8, whilst GTb will contain GT4 cars and others compatible to it such as the BMW M4 GT4, Porsche Cayman MR, Lotus Exige, Lamera & Saker.

BELCAR T will be divided in Ta & Tb, representing different cars.
Ta will contain touring cars such as theBMW M2 CS, Audi RS3 LMS, Seat Cupra, BMW M3 E90/E46/E36 and all touring cars +2.500cc, whilst Tb will contain BMW 325i E90/E46/E36, Mazda MX5, Toyota GT86, Renault Clio and more.

This means that there will be multiple national champions within Belcar Endurance Championship! 🏆

Gridding will also be different from last year, as the 5 fastest GT/TC's line up behind each other and the fastest proto's line up behind each other. This will ensure a mixed field during the rolling start of the race.
From P10 & onwards, the grid will line up according to qualifying position.
